Carriers Not Liable

Wireless carriers (such as AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.) are not responsible for delayed or undelivered text messages.

Our Messaging Platform

We use Go High Level, a U.S.-based CRM and messaging platform, to send text messages. Your phone number may be processed through their system solely for the purpose of delivering messages to you. Go High Level does not use your information for their own marketing purposes.

Your phone number will never be sold or shared with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Our text messaging program is registered with wireless carriers under the A2P 10DLC (Mixed Campaign) standard to ensure reliable and compliant message delivery.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We only share it in these limited circumstances:

Service Providers

Vendors who help us operate (e.g., Go High Level, attorneys, auditors, software providers).
